On Friday July 8, 2011, thousands of people gathered in Downtown Burbank for its 100th year anniversary. With our LA Campus and store street San Fernando completely closed, we had a front row view of all the festivities! Tents were placed throughout the street with venders and entertainment.

The centennial party was attended by people of all ages and included a giant birthday cake, an 18-foot Tyrannosaurus-Rex, fighter planes, bombers, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, pyrotechnics, a time capsule from 25 years ago, and several stages where live bands performed music from different decades.

To participate in the activities, MUD passed out coupons and talked to people about our free Make-up Tutorials and Workshops. Attendees also received 15% off of their total purchase on the date of the celebration!
