Last weekend at our free monthly workshops in NY and LA, we demonstrated how to achieve a perfect Day to Night look with the Fall Elements Collection and apply it like a professional. Just in case you missed the workshops, we will share with you the step-by-step tips on how to achieve it! Whether it’s a swipe of color or a more technical approach, this collection is perfect for any fall look.

Day Look with the Fall Elements Collection:

Effortlessly swipe the Cashmere Eye Color on the lids with #330s Shadow Fluff Brush for a bright appearance. Start from the lash line and blend the Cashmere upward. Make sure to sheer out the color as you move toward the crease to achieve a soft edge. Add Taupe or Concord eye colors in the crease with #800s Crease Brush for subtle depth and dimension. Begin at the outer corner of the crease and blend inward, following the crease toward the inner corner. The eye color should taper and sheer out, leaving the outer corner with the deepest pigment. Do not exceed the outer corner of the eye. Finish the eye treatment with a couple of coats of one of our Award-winning Cream or Volumizing Mascara.

Don’t forget the Java Lip Glaze! It’s a beautiful sheer chocolate-berry color, suitable for a pop of color for the lips on any skin tone. Apply a small amount for a sheer application.

Night Look with the Fall Elements Collection:

With the day look already established, add highlights and shadows on the eye area to create more contrast. Stipple Cashmere Eye Color on the entire lid with #300s Shadow Blender Brush to intensify the highlight. For a pop of color and to deepen the crease, try the Tea Tree Eye Color with #810 Smudger Brush. Apply to the outer corner of the lid as an accent and in the crease for definition. Use #800s Crease Brush to blend the Tea Tree on about 1/3 of the lid, and across the entire crease to achieve softer edges. For definition, use the Rich Brown Eye Pencil as a liner on the top and/or lower lash line. To soften the edges of the liner, use #810 Smudger Brush to blend by using a back and forth motion. Finish this look with a coat of Cream or Volumizing Mascara.

Don’t forget the Java Lip Glaze! It’s a beautiful sheer chocolate-berry color, suitable for a pop of color for the lips on any skin tone. Apply a small amount for a sheer application.
