With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, it’s time to get ready for love and look your very best. Last weekend, at our free monthly workshops in LA and NY, we showed our participants how to create a romantic look perfect for a Valentine’s Day date using our new Love at First Sight Collection. Here’s how to get this make-up look:
Products Used:
Eyes: 4-Hole Eye Color Palette with Opal Sky, Vineyard, Graphite and Pink Grapefruit Eye Colors
Cheeks: Sweet Cheeks Color Creme
Lips: Cupid Lip Glaze
Eyes: Begin by applying Vineyard Eye Color over the outer lid with the #330 Shadow Fluff Brush starting at the lash line and blending upward into the crease. Using the #800 Crease Brush will allow you to blend that color out evenly. Continue to apply Vineyard until satisfied with the intensity of the look. Then, line the eyes using #210 Angle Liner Brush and Graphite Eye Color. This will add soft definition and create a smoky sexy look. You may do the same to the lower lash line, but remember keep it soft. Take the #810 Smudger Brush and apply a small amount of the Graphite in the crease. Use the #330 Brush and apply just a touch of Pink Grapefruit Eye Color to the upper lid starting at the inner corner and sweeping it softly across to the center of the lid – this will soften the eye treatment. To blend it even more, use the #800 Brush. Then apply just a touch of Opal Sky Eye Color over the entire lid using your #800 Brush and follow with a luscious coat of Cream Mascara.
Cheeks & Lips: Using a Professional Make-up Sponge, the #710 Powder Blush Brush, or even your fingers, apply a small amount of Sweet Cheeks Color Creme to the apples of both cheeks. Smiling helps to locate the perfect spot for this beautiful color. Blend well for a natural pinkish glow. Finish it all off with a romantic coat of Cupid Lip Glaze. Now you are ready for Love at First Sight!
Happy Valentines Day!
