In Part 1 of this series, I introduced my favorite MUD Palette for travel or on the set. This personalized palette contains two Cheek Colors: Lemon Cream (Highlight) for a highlight anywhere on the face (even the eyes) and Rose Beige, a muted natural pink, for a soft, natural blush. It also contains six Eye Colors: Chamois, Taupe, Espresso, Graphite, Onyx and Pink Grapefruit.

In Part 1, I showed you how to create a natural daytime beauty look for blondes and brunettes using this palette. Now, I am going to show you how to build on this look to create a sexy evening look using this same versatile palette.

With the #800 Crease Brush, I swept a small amount of Espresso Eye Color into the crease of the eye over the existing natural daytime look created by Chamois and Taupe, starting at the outer corner. Next, I added a small amount of Onyx Eye Color at the bottom of the crease, blending into the Espresso and bringing the outer corner down to the lash line to create more lift. With the #210 Angle Liner Brush and Onyx Eye Color, I added a soft eyeliner to the lash line on both the top and bottom. Then, for a more dramatic effect, I swept a small amount of Onyx onto the outside corner of the lid, leaving most of the lid light and clean with the already applied Lemon Cream (Highlight).
