After owning and operating her own salon in Merrimack, New Hampshire, she moved to Los Angeles in 2002, where she learned a wide range of make-up techniques while studying in the Master Make-up Artistry program at MUD. During that time, she worked on professional make-up assignments for film, television, and print media, and in various salons across Los Angeles. In 2006 she joined a well-known and respected salon on the Las Vegas strip, and ultimately leveraged the knowledge she had gained over the course of her career to open her own beauty business.
