MUD Retailer Profile: Indulge Salon and Day Spa

Indulge Salon and Day Spa is a full-service salon and spa located in Wichita, Kansas. Founded in December 2010, Indulge’s owner Lori Nessel has worked in the salon industry for 26 years, and as a beauty educator for 11 years. Today she and her staff offer clients a full range of hair services, including cut, color, retexturing and styling lessons, massage services, and skin care services that range from facials, microdermabrasion treatments and chemical resurfacing to body wraps and make-up application lessons.

This dedicated group of talented professionals includes stylists, make-up artists, massage therapists and estheticians. “Our staff is truly a team, and everyone works together and helps one another,” says Lori. “We stay up to date with current styles and trends and attend classes regularly.” She cites feather extensions and hair tinsel as some of the recent hair styling trends in Kansas right now, adding, “Make-up trends vary depending on the person. More natural seems to be the trend right now.” In addition to working at the salon and spa, Indulge stylists and make-up artists also work on professional hair and make-up assignments for local photographers.

Ms. Nessel is passionate about staying current with the latest in hair care and make-up artistry. Six months ago, Indulge established a relationship with MUD, and began using and distributing our cosmetics on site.
