Jo Ann Salgado has been working as a freelance make-up artist and MUD retailer since January 2011. After studying beauty make-up at MUD in 2004, she has built a thriving professional make-up business, and splits her time between working in a salon and conducting in-home seminars for clients. Her services include teaching make-up master classes, conducting personal one-on-one make-up sessions, bridal and wedding party consultations, and doing make-up for other special occasions.

Ms. Salgado works with clients of all ages in and around her home community of Fontana, California. She says, “Clients sometimes feel intimidated to go into a department store and ask for help.
