LA Campus Open House on June 28

Los Angeles Campus welcomes you to our upcoming Open House on Monday, June 28th from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. You may arrive anytime during the Open House hours, and we encourage you to bring your family and friends!

As an Open House guest, you will have the opportunity to tour the school while viewing students in live classes. Our students are taught with a hands-on approach by observing the teacher demonstrating new techniques, so as you visit each class you will be able to see students creating make-up looks and completing class tasks that were taught that day.

Representatives from Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, and Housing will also be available to discuss all aspects of the school. The Admissions Advisors (myself, Barbra Pakler, and Kelly Park) will be able to explain in detail the programs offered, dates available, tuition, and walk you through the enrollment process. Financial Aid Advisors Matt Berenty and Desiree Wilde will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the loans offered through the school. Our Housing Coordinator, Brandy Maynard, will be available to provide information about the student housing, which is located right across the street from the campus. Our Director of Career Services, Amanda Brass, will explain how our placement service is provided for our students and graduates.

You will also have the opportunity to tour our cosmetics store, which is located just adjacent to our school. Our store employees will be available to answer your make-up questions and show you the newest products!

Hi Darleen,

We have four different programs of study: Fashion Make-Up, Film and TV Make-Up, Multimedia Make-Up, and Master Make-Up. We also have individual courses and continuing education, so the length of time really just depends on how you choose to study at MUD.

Three of our programs are eligible for federal financial aid—Master, Multimedia or Film and Television—so you could definitely be eligible. We also accept outside scholarships that you would apply for independently.
